How to start your studies on the Betania International University virtual campus?

1. Email verification:

      • Make sure that the registered email has received the invitation to complete the registration in Canvas.
      • Check your inbox and spam folder.
      • If you did not receive the email, contact us at support@betauni.com.

2. Access to the virtual campus:

  • In the registration email, click on the link provided.
  • You will be directed to the virtual campus, where you must assign a password to your user.
  • Use browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari for a better experience.

3. Enter the campus:

  • The web address of the virtual campus is https://betauni.instructure.com.
  • Log in with your username and password.

4. Explore the main menu:

  • Under the Account option, adjust your profile, change the password, language, or generate the QR code for the mobile app.
  • In Dashboard and Courses, you'll see your enrolled courses.

5. Navigating within a course:

  • On the Home page, you'll find the welcome video for the course.
  • In Modules, you'll see the weekly content. Each module includes activities or tests.
  • In Grades, check your points earned.
  • Use BigBlueButton for live classes and previous recordings.
  • In People, view the list of participants.

6. Managing your time:

  • In Calendar, check due dates and activities.
  • In Inbox, you can send messages to your classmates or teachers.
  • In History, check recently visited pages.
  • In Help, access the campus knowledge base.

7. Participate in live classes:

  • Classes will be recorded, but it is essential to attend in real time, since attendance is required to pass the course.
