How to reset password on Canvas platform?

1. Go to Canvas platform at URL: https://betauni.instructure.com.

2. Click on the "Forgot Password?" option

3. In the new window, enter your registered email and click on "Request a Password".

4. Wait for the confirmation message from the platform, indicating that an email with instructions will be sent.

  • If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, repeat the process or contact support@betauni.com.

5. Check your email and look for an email from BetaUni with the subject "Forgot Password: Canvas".

6. Click on the link provided in the email.

7. Enter a new password twice to confirm and click on "Update Password".

8. Return to Canvas platform and check your access with the new password.
